If you would like to come along to the show with an individual car,
van, truck or bike, we have plenty of space for you to show off
your pride and joy.  If you come with a friend in another vehicle, we will try our best to put you together.

In order to secure your place at the show, we will require a
pre-paid Charity Donation of £5.00 per vehicle, this includes Bikes, to be made via bank transfer no later than 30th June 2025,
after which time we will reserve the right to allocate your space to someone else.  Once this has been received (but no later than 30th June 2025) we will email your Pre-Booked Show Pass.

Pre-Payment instructions will be detailed on the automated email response that you’ll receive once your Single Vehicle Booking Form  via this website has been submitted.

Single Vehicles should aim to arrive from 8am on the day so we can direct you to your allocated area.  Please note there will be no exit until 1pm at the earliest, so please be sure you arrive with everything you need for the day.
