If you would like to come along to the show as a Club, we will set up an area in a prime position so you can all exhibit together.
 
To secure your Club Booking a payment by bank transfer will be required by 30th June 2025 and should represent the total number of vehicles that will be attending as part of your Club, at a cost of £5.00 per vehicle.

We are proud to be supporting Dementia UK and Local Charities this year and your Club Booking payments will be donated to them.

Clubs should aim to arrive from 8am so we can direct you to
your designated space.  Please note there will be no exit until 
1pm at the earliest, so please be sure you arrive with 
everything you need for the day.

If your Club has a Website / Facebook page, we can set up a link from our website to help promote your club.  Just let us know and we will call you to discuss further details.
